VIDALIA, GA (WTOC)- Two
people were arrested last week after a search was carried out on a Vidalia
home.
Vidalia
police, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the East Central Drug Task
Force carried out a search warrant on Oct. 19 at 405 East Second St. in Vidalia
after getting complaints of drug activity going on there.
James
"Jimmy" Lee Partin, 30, of Vidalia, was charged with possession of a controlled
substance, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession
of marijuana less than an ounce, possession of a firearm during the commission
of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Mallory
Nadine Allen Partin, 23, of Vidalia, was charged with possession of a controlled
substance, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession
of marijuana less than an ounce and possession of a firearm during the
commission of a crime.
Meth
worth an estimated $915, marijuana, $495 in cash, and a handgun were seized
during the search, according to police.
The
investigation continues and more arrests could be made.
